Package Overview

Specifically designed to ensure that customers new to Splunk gain maximum value from the Splunk product. Our standard package runs for 6 months, other durations are available.

In the 6 months following implementation, you’ll receive two healthcheck days from an Apto consultant, one in the first quarter post implementation, and one in the second quarter. In these two days, our consultant will ensure that Splunk continues to operate effectively in your enterprise.

What to Expect

The exact content of the Healthcheck days will be agreed with the customer during the implementation phase of the project to ensure that it meets your needs. The Healthcheck day will provide an insight into maturity, scalability and overall health of the Splunk implementation.

During the day our consultant will work with you on any aspect of your Splunk installation including;

  • Search Capabilities

  • Dashboarding

  • Performance & Scalability

  • Data Collection Mechanisms

  • Data Onboarding and Add-Ons

  • Architecture Review

  • Data Volumes

  • Getting the most from your Licence

  • Availability

  • Enterprise Integration Options

  • Optimisation Techniques

  • Security Review

  • Providing Ongoing Training & Guidance to your Splunk Team

Outcome: The Healthcheck day will provide an insight into maturity, scalability and overall health of your Splunk implementation.

In addition to the Healthcheck Days, you’ll also be entitled to 8 hours per month of ongoing support via telephone or email for a 6 month period post implementation. This support will take the form of periodic online meetings between the customer and Apto Solutions and will provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions or gain any advice from an Apto consultant.

The duration and frequency of these calls can be agreed at the start of the project and tailored to suit your needs. Typically, it takes the form of one 2-hour phone call per week. A support email address and phone number will also be provided so that you can contact us at any time to rearrange the call.
